Child visitation

Is it possible to have child visitations to be continued after the O.P is over? Are visitations same as interim custody?

What to do if the visitation orders are disobeyed?

You may move an application u/s 340 Cr PC for deliberate disobedience of the directions passed by the Court, if you do not wish to file a fresh petition for custody with interim visitation rights of the minor.
