IS IT ALLOWED TO BOTH WORKER n STAFF UNION IN organisation

Dear Sir
Is it allowed to have worker union and staff union in one organisation by the law? Is it possible for staff union to get recognition from employer while there is established worker union ? If yes then what is the procedure to get recognition for registered staff union .Pls advice...

Unions can be one or more than one due to ideological differences among the employees. You cannot impose any ban on the wishes of the employees. They can join any union they like.

If Indian people can tolerate 1866 registered political parties in the democratic India and many more outfits making efforts to register with EC, why an employer cannot tolerate two unions in the organisation?
