Sir,
If session court has given a judgement in favor of my client and 3 months from the date of judgement has already passe; still the claim is not received... what shall be done by the client to make the order executable ??

An EP Suit the Execution Petition to be Filed in the Concerned Court. Any how three months had already been over and the Time Limit for filing an Appeal Suit should have been over for the Other side which is good for you please.

Sir, Thanks for confirming...
Actually I said my lawyer to do the same.. but he says to wait for more time and he is not responding properly.. Can I personally file the same, or the concerned lawyer is required to do so...

Instead of getting in contradictions with your Advocate better request him humbly to do it . He might have expected the other side to come for a settlement.Convince him to file the EP as Summer Vacation is also very near by Please

You have been discussing with your lawyer and your lawyer has been responding with his/her view point. The lawyer could have agreed…and may agree..as understood by you above.
He/she may be expecting fee if EP was not included in FEE …

You can file execution petition in the same court for enjoying the fruits of decree granted in your favor. For opposite party time limit for filing appeal also expired
. Pay your lawyer the fee for EP and get the decree passed in your favour by the court executed.

Normally in City Civil courts there would be a Court exclusively For EP petitions

According to me I have a genuine query and the same is answered by the experts also.. I respect there views on it..maybe the language used by me is not exact as per law..
