SUSPENSION from nationalised bank

I have been suspended from a nationalised bank due to unauthorised absence.Since I have absent for 3 yrs. So is it possible to rejoin the same bank ??

bank has already done a favour to you to make you entitled for half salary from date of suspension.

As per banks rule of no work no pay half salary is also not given
