1. Whether can a daughter in law claim maintenance from her father in law, if the husband though alive is physically or mentally incapable to maintain her ?

2. Can a daughter in law claim a share in the property of her father in law and mother in law ?

2-Property can not be claimed but if there is domestic violence she can ask her right over property as shared house hold etc from the ancestral property of husband.

She can get partitioned the ancestral property through her husband. As he has share in ancestral property as coparcenar.(if they are Hindu)
