I am in LL.B. Part III (3 Yrs. course), want to continue study with LL.M. without starting practice and instead of practice law, wants to join Law College as professior.

Q.I. Do I a have to practice, before I join Law College or directly I can Join.
Q.II. What is the procedure for recruitment.

1. You need not practice as advocate before joining LL.M. course as it is not the requirement for admission to the course. You can directly join.

2. Whenever admissions are open for the LL. M. Course apply to the Institution where you want to pursue the course. Generally admission test is conducted for admission.
