Sir,
Sorry I have used a wrong terminolgy. Its not Notified case, but Identified case. What is an identified case? Who has the authority to identify the case as Identified case and on what grounds?

identical cases are those in which the same claim or the matter is almost same and the same relief is given to the parties than the court itself decide about it by asking the questions to the advocates in this regard.

Dear Sachdev,
Either the author of the query is wrong, or your answer is wrong. The author has asked for "INDENTIFIED" case, while your reply is about "identical" case.
So, both of you may need to check, who is right and who is wrong.

Dear Anonymous,
Instead of posting your clarification to your original question on a separate page, you should have posted the clarification on the same page, where the experts would have asked for the clarification. This can give a clear understanding about your real problem on which the experts would have given their opinion.
So, please pst this clarification on the original question page.

I do agree with Sachdev. There is no such word in Civil Procedure Code so it is upon author to clarify his question in the light of replies coming here.

Sir.
I asked some lawyers about IDENTIFIED CASE and they gave me an vague reply that it is an administrative terminology where a case pending in the court after scrutiny is identified and it should be taken up for hearing immediatley.
