Rights of an adopted child

A friend of mine has adapted a girl child, from his relatives. He has not completed the legal adaption process since it is from a close relative!. He is employed and has a medical facility as a part of his employment, for him, spouse and children. Can he nominate the adopted child as a child for this scheme. Can he use his surname for the records. This facility is through an insurance scheme - what kind of documents they may require.

first of all get the adoption deed then and then only proceed further.

You have to follow the things which is prescribed for the adoption. The first thing the adopting father and the adopted daughter's age should 21 years difference.

If the age condition is failed mean automaticale the adoption will become invalid
