I am very new in my profession. I am in urgent need of the format of the Memorandum of association of a tourism company. Can anybody kindly sent me that format or suggest me name of any site from where i can download it? Looking for your kind cooperation.

U have not stated whether the Co. is a pvt. or a public co. The best option for U is to get hold of a MOA of any co. & change the clauses according to your needs.
