(A) :IS SUCCESSION RULES SPECIFIED BY HINDUSUCCESION ACT1956 IN CASE OF HINDUS APPLICABLE IN HIMACHAL PRADESH ALSO OR THERE IS SEPRATE ACT THAT IS STATE ACT OF HIMACHAL FOR SUCCESSION .

(B)IS PIOUS DUTY ON SON IMPOSED FOR FATHER DEBTS BY BY HINDU LAW APPLICABLE IN HIMACHAL PRADESH ALSO OR THERE IS ANYTHING DIFFERENT RULE.PLEASE CLARIFY ON THIS ISSUE. REGARDS.

In one way or the other you have posted this query several times,while the question asked by can be answered by an advocate practicing in Himanchal ,none has come forward here to answer you that means none is here from Himanchal.
If you are in Himanchal you can verify it even from a good law book shop.

HINDUSUCCESION ACT1956 is a central legislation but states have power to amend there in as per amendment made in it by central Act in 2005 the rule pious obligation is abolished.
I had tried my best in past to locate state acts in your state but my search never yielded any dividend.
