Process of appointment of new trustee in a charitable trust

The lone surviving trustee of a charitable trust is desirous of appointing new trustees. What is the process for doing the same?

Go through the trust deed.

The deed reads "Upon death, retirement or resignation of a Trustee the remaining members may appoint or nominate a person to fill in the vacancy".. i want to know, if such appointment has to be done through a supplementary deed which shall be registered or shall a new trust deed be formed?

no need of a supplementary deed nor new trust deed. Just appoint person by remaining person.

as per trust agreement will one of them get new truestee.
