Khatar transfer time in bangalore

HI,
About 4 weeks ago I registered one property as a gift and then applied for khata transfer on 13th Dec. I am told that all signatures by Asst. Commissioner have been done already but apparently there is an inspection after which the khata transfer happens. (This is what the middleman whom i hired told me). Is that true
If yes by much time can I expect the inspection to happen

Generally an Inspector scrutinise the registered documents/deed within a specific duration so that if any deficiency of stamp duty or any procedural lapse is found in those documents, an appropriate proceeding may be initiated but the inspection proceeding generally takes place within a period of 3-4 months of such registration.
As only 4 weeks time has expired so there is no point to worry.

Thank you so much sir. So looks like at least it will be a month till Inspector arrives
