Shop registration

(Querist) 12 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
One person have been selling Books since 1 year at Public places.

Now he wanted to Register his business under AP Shops & Establishment Act.

He is selling books alone without any worker

He wanted to register as sole proprietor without any worker

My equerries

Is it possible to register alone without any worker under AP Shops & Establishment Act or

May I Register shop Title in the Registrar Department

Please send procedure etc
