Regarding Enrollment

I have passed LL.B recently. I want to enroll as an Advocate. May I join as a Legal Officer in a Pvt.Ltd.,Company. I am seeking your valuable advices. Please advise me as early as possible.

You can join as legal officer even without enrolling your self as an advocate. But if you want to practice, you may enroll as an advocate.

A full-time employed person is not eligible to be enrolled as an Advocate. As the process of getting enrolled (like newspaper publication, qualification verification, etc.,) consumes time, it is advisable to complete your enrolment, and after enrolment if you want to join in a job as a full-time employee, notify the bar council to suspend your name from the rolls of the bar council.
As per your economic condition take a decision;
