Sir

I am Now a sub broker of shares market . and study LL b. ..so Can i do continue with shares market sub broker while and even after taking of SANAD - registation of as advoce with bar ..

As per the advocacy act a pwerson those who en rolled as a member of bar council then they should not be a employee to any establishment or involve any business directly. They can be either sleeping partner or part time consultant
