Dear sir/madam
my name is phanindra Kumar i have a doubt i.e whether the pending registration holder can made lease dead for more than 3 three year , in my state i.e Andhrapradesh any lease deed made for more than 11 months should be registered , in my case i am going to be take commercial building for business purpose but that area are in court dispute from last 15years, from this reason the building owner got registration in pending certificate, from that reason he is intended to made lease dead on R.S 100/- stamp paper instead of registration , is any legal problems will arise ? please clarify me .

Any lis pendens transfer is not illegal per se.
So you can go for it but you have to be bound by the order of court passed subsequently.
