Hello Sir, My friend wife has lodge complaint in above given IPC.Also did mention that he has clicked her photos and video in inappropriate condition and alleges that all is done without her consent.Whenever she would go to her maternal home my friend would ask for her pics which were explicit in nature which she would send.Now she has put a case against him.Please suggest something cause he is in lot of mental pressure.

Since case is already filed against him, the immediate line of action of his friend is to apply for anticipatory bail. Once he gets it, then half the battle is won.
