About management of mandir murti land.

Please read problem seriously and guide us with clear answer.
There is a land.Name of khatedar is Sh.char bhuja mandir sthan deh.There is a trust named Sh. char bhuja mandir trust.This trust is registered in Devsthan Dept. of Raj. Govt.Devsthan Dept. has given a judgement that this land is declared as property of said trust.But administration means collector and sub divisional officers are not allowing to trust for management of that land.Please tell us that Who will look after the said land.What will be the process for development of that land.

if as per judgement land is declared property of the trust and collector is not permitting the trust to manage the land then you will have to move court against the administration . what are the resaons administration is not permittin g you to manage the said land?

The trust is never the Owner of the property and only the Idol is. The position of trust, is at the most a well wisher. The Court judgment has no value in this regard. The court is not competent to set possession, power or ownership in any body other then the Idol itself.
Now only question comes that what do want the trust? If the trust want to do some thing good, I hardly can believe that any court or any body will prevent you. Just make the trust trust worthy.
