Village property issue

The Father of my Dad expired in village & has left no will of the property in his name. My father had 1 elder brother & have 3 younger brothers. How the property will be distributed. What if anyone tries to hold the total property. Kindly suggest...

it would be divided eqally among 5 sons . each brother will have 1/5th share

The situation in which your grandpa expired is called 'died intestate' so in such case the doctrine of inheritance shall apply wherein all sons, daughters and the widow of deceased shall be equally entitled to inherit the property of deceased.

Now calculate the share of your father as per formula told to you.
