Need your urgent attention

(Querist) 19 December 2012 This query is : Resolved 
if a person is arrested and on remand yadi he has been given PCR or MCR,
then can police for the same reason again arrest and take PCR or MCR,
will the arrest and PCR or MCR be legal or illegal arrest?

No person can be arrested against the same offence in same FIR again except the order of the court.

Yes, Police can if the FIR relates to separate offence.
