Sirs, There is an Apartments Association which is registered with the Registrar of Societies. One member acted as President for 12 years. Now a new body is elected. The Ex-president is not handing over records and accounts including cash balance to the new body.More than one month over. Is there any role of the Registrar of Socieities at this situation? or What to do? please advise

Serve a legal notice to such person failing which make a complaint to registrar and then to police as this record and balance belongs to society and this is also misappropriation of the properties.
