Laws applicable to corporation

Hi Friends...,

Please tell whether Companies Act, 1956 is applicable to Corporations...?,

because as per my knowledge they are governed by their respective/different acts.

So, whether Company Law is also applicable, with the respective acts under which they have been made?

Answer : No, Generally Corporation is governed by own law.
