My uncle are planing to sell the house to the third party .As the house is register in the name of my father from the housing board in the year 1982.For which they already file the partition suit in the civil court in the year 2008.
We have already take the not to alienate order from the civil court in the same partition case.

If you are enjoying the injunction order then you can later initiate proceeding for violating the same.
The buyer in any case would be bound by the decree.

Make newspaper advertisement. In case of sale , initiate contempt proceeding.

If the house is registered in the name of your father then how and for what purpose the partition of the same house was done?
Partition means between more than one party. Who was that second if your father was exclusive owner of that house?
