Ancestoral property

My grandfather had expired very long time back and did not leave any will etc since at the relevant time it was not at all known since he expired in the year 1954 He had five sons and my father is one amongst them
There was no divide of the property now it has become necessary. Property is in Kerala All five sons are also expired There is no papers the land is in the village Now what should be done

have you any Survey No, or Patta No, or any land location, if you know the land located place, you will get document.

The papers / details can be got from revenue record of the concerned village.

The property extracts can be obtained from the revenue dept of the area.

If you do not know the Sy.No. patta No etc, you can get the details of your land in the concerned mandal office by name of the pattadar. This process will take a long time, ofcourse you have to spend some amount in the office.
