CAT Allahabad pronounced a judgement in favour of applicants. Other three benches of CAT have extended the orders to the applicants of OA filed in said benches at admission stage itself. I want to know, is there any order to implement the CAT order if the same was extended by four or more benches of the Central Administrative Tribunals in case of similarly situated employees. Please reply with orders if any.

Are you one of the aggrieved employees or are you asking this query from the Govt. angle? Please clarify.
Please also clarify, whether you are one of the applicants in any of the 4 CAT cases that you mentioned, including the Allahabad CAT.

If a CAT bench pronounces an order, it will be applicable to other employees also, who are having the similar issues.
The central Govt while implementing the orders of the CAT, can not do injustice to other employees who are in the same boat.

I have filed an OA in CAT Jabalpur Bench based on judgement of Allahabad Bench, Chandigarh bench and Hyderabad Bench. Based on the Allahabad Bench Judgement, the benefit has been extended to the similarly situated applicants at the admission stage itself in Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Patna Benches but the Jabalpur Bench has issued notice to respondent instead of extending benefit to the applicants at the admission stage itself as did in other 3 benches.

You have not properly as to what is 'Notice state' and what is 'admission stage'. Admission stage has not reached in your case yet.
