we are in process of our land for Na , we have obtain all the NOC's required, but it found difficult to give 12mtrs Road from the plot , we have 9mtrs road to acess, what to do will my na order be hang up for want of 12mtrs road , adjescent owners are not ready to give noc for road passing from their house , what will be the option for me ??????

See your Municipality Act. It must be there. Such Acts diffre from state to state.
The local lawyer if it is not of WB would help you.

thanks sir for your reply but the property is situated in Dindori nashik Maharashtra , so whether town plannig act i should go through or Muncipality Act .
