Partition suit by son

Please Solve this query

X died intested having 3 daughters[m,n,o] and 2 sons [ a ,b]..

after x's death his three daughter waived rights from x's properties.

so in revenue record A & B became owner of all immovable property. there is no dispute among all A,B,M,N,O...

Now A died in 2010
having one son P, & Three daughters E,F,G

till today no partition held between A & B or P, E,F,G & B...

so in revenue record P, E,F,G & B are owner of all properties.

now sons of P -R[major] & S[Minor] and wife of P -Z filed suit for partition against P,E,F,G,B,M,N,O as per Hindu law MITAKSHaR FAMILY -Coparcner right.

is suit maintainable ?

If yes then lead me defense for P,E,F,G,B,M,N,O ...

as per my view I am going to file an application under order VII Rule 11.
