Falls case by police

My friend was arrested by police in a case of “ladi jhagda”. He was detained for three days without warrant. After three days I went to police station and ask station in charge that why he has not presented before magistrate. Station in charge arrested and beaten me in the police station and threat me to make a fraud case “sarkari kam me badha dalna”.
He has seas my bike also and cut a fraud challan that “Koi kagaj nahi h” and “Hastakshr Karne se mana kiya”. Thereafter I had deposited challan fee to the department.
Now, Station inchage has made a fraud case on me and I have been accused in that case. In the FIR they have mentioned that two police officer stop accused bike at the time of checking and they asked accused bike papers and accused has denied to show papers and has done “dhakka mukki” with us. They have charged section 323,332,353 and 504 in their charged sheet. Court has issued bailable warrante against me.
Kindly help me. Can I get bail easily.
Can I take any action against police to falls case and beaten in police station and another for challan.
Kindly guide me what should I do in that case. Should I filed Written Statement to Magistrate with actual facts or I should go ahead as per FIR?

fight the case on merit and if you get acquittal then you can file civil and criminal cases against them.

Rajendra Ji, query is not repeated since now I have been accused. Police has alleged me fraud case after the first query asked by me in Oct,13.
Kindly help me now and guide me should I go on actual and right facts and should submit the Written Statement with right facts,as said first query, to Magistrate or go as per alleged by police.
I shall appreciate if anyone can provide me any case ref. in which higher court has refused case alleged by police since everybody knows that the police officers are very corrupt and everything in their hand. They can alleged anyone since they have power and do misuse their power.
kindly help me and advise me that how can I be acquitted soon.
Sir, if the police won and could not be punished for that false case, no one like me will go to help to any innocent who has been implicated by police in fraud case.
I will wait for your attractive response with some grounds and case ref. so that I can have faith on law and can help to innocent people in future.
