I guess there is a provision in law wherein a person can fight his own case, Please can someone share the detailed procedure for the same

yes, better consult a local advocate. Legal battle is not a piece of cake.

Yes one can appear in the court in his own case. However, it is always better to engage a lawyer in the legal battle.
