HOUSING BOARD HARYANA IS OFFERING FLATS ON HIRE PURCHASE BASIS. I HAVE REQUESTED A FRIEND TO APPLY.IN CASE HE GETS A FLAT, IN THE LOTTERY, I WILL FUND THE COMPLETE AMOUNT.HE ON POSSESSION ,WHICH WILL BE ABOUT 6 -7 YEARS LATER, HE WILL GIVE THE FLAT TO ME. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE BOOKING AMOUNT. Please let me know,at which all time frame i must take some legal documents to be on the safer side.so that he does not change the stance later after i make part/ full payment for the flat allotted to him.also please let me know the most appropriate legal documents and its complete format (contents). thanks and regards

On making of full payment, the seller is bound to complete the sale by way f execution and registration of deed of conveyance.
So before that you have nothing to do except to make timely payment.
