my son who is 3 years old.my mother-in-law wishes to take him along with her as she is going to meet her son in the United States.she holds a U.S Visa.Can my father-in-law sponsor my 3 year old child if we,the parents give an notarised noc affidavit of consent.is my father-in-laws financial docs sufficient?

sir i checked but regarding grand parents and grandson was not mentioned

It is doubtful US Embassy would issue VISA to a 3 years child when parents are not accompanying or when parents are not having US VISA.
