Visitor parking

I live in a housing society and have a reserved parking space for my car allotted by the society. The society has put boards in the parking lot that clearly state that parking is for members only and outside/visitor cars are not allowed to park. But visitors from the adjoining society park in my space whenever my space is empty. This creates trouble and nuisance when I have to park my car. When I confront them, they all give the same excuse that they didn't see the board and then fight.
Please suggest what can be done to stop any random person from parking their car. IS their a law for it?
Thanks.

You will have to work out your own way to ensure that it is not used by others.Use barricade when it is vacant.

Sir,
Make a written complaint to the mananging committee of your society and request them to instruct the watchman not to allow their cars to enter your compound.
In case if the mananging committee of your society does not take any action, then send a complaint to the Deputy Registrar of CHS of your zone.
Good Luck,

Lodge a complaint before the MC of your society to look into and instruct the guards accordingly.
