Hi Experts..I booked a flat from builder few years back. The posseiin has been delayed for more than 6 months due to quality issues. Now when after 6 months we are about to take possession he is forcing to sign deed of declaration with additional conditions like ( no QC issues will be raised by us in future, all amenities are provided that is actually not in place also we are very happy with the work )that was not preset in ssale of agreement. If we don't sign the DOD he will not given possession. Can we challenge or deny to sign this forced DOD ?

Approach to Distract Consumer Forum and file complaint against the builder.claim therein possession of the flat and also claim compensation towards mental and physical agony.

1) It is safer totake possession
2) then raise issue of OC
3) file consumer complaint
4) It is mandatory to take OC by builder despite forcing u to sign that no noc is demanded
