Hello all,
Is working wife entitled for interim maintenance even if she is earning 50000 pm which is sufficient for sustainment but instead she is asking more to maintain same status which husbands has because he earns many times more?
I am looking for some Delhi high court or supreme court judgements which can be referred?

Have you brought all the facts on the file of the case.
If not satisfied, go for appeal and try for stay on the orders.

Agree but court says she has right to maintain same status of husband. Do we have any specific judgements to deny this point for working women earning 50k?

That's the biggest problem and we look for advice in public forums.

It shall be decided by the court after referring all the facts. Submit all the evidences necessary to prove her earnings.

Mr. Amit, your reply, "That's the biggest problem and we look for advice in public forums," has no relevance to my query.
First of all, when your lawyer does not want to use any such judgments, of what use would be any judgment to you?
Secondly, how you would like to justify that others may waste their huge precious time and cost of the infrastructure to do the home work of your own paid lawyer?
So, if not satisfied, better change your lawyer.
Even otherwise, the reply to your query is that all depends upon the merits of the case. Nothing can be predicted without going through the background of the problem and the case history, which you have not discussed even slightly.
