I have auctioned a ticket from ksfe a govt owned finance company submitted proper docs for releasing the payment they fabricated a deficiency in offered security district forum my complaint was dismissed followed by state and national commission the entire money was adjusted to the future installments of the prized ticket no interest was paid
I have a loan account availed from the prized ticket they charged full interest for the loan consumer court didn't know the rule by a circular it is clear for loan interest is to be collected only up to the 30th day from the date of auction
kerala government is not responding ,police also
with the newly received docs I can prove it was a false affidavit op submitted can i re open the case with the district forum
there were no direction of payment in the order I have asked for clarification by CDRF not yet provided

You better file SLP in supreme court ans seek for additional evidence on the basis of new evidence you have recently got.
Second case on the same subject matter will not lie.
