Left service without serving 3 months notice period

(Querist) 11 August 2016 This query is : Resolved 
I was working in one company for almost 2 yrs (23 months) and then left in December 2014 without serving 3 month Notice period, but intimate them through mail, for that they have stopped my last month's salary also, additionally company was deducting 3500 per month towards sincerity fund which was supposed to get back employee after completing notice period, that sincerity fund also I have gave up, Now company sent me letter after 20 months(in August 2016) asked to pay 70000 plus 18% interest on that from the date of release in 15 days. Kindly suggest me what to do ? If you could share any expert's contact no. or email id will be a grateful.

It is employee's money?
What return/ROI/Interest employer pays on it to employee?

What is its tenure for refund to employee with interest?


Who has framed this fund and who in company ha passed it by resolution?

You may also mention your designation and nature of duties,state in which you were located, nature of establishment; Commercial/Industrial, you were under probation period or confirmed, whether it has applicable standing orders;Model/Certified etc...
