(Querist) 20 January 2010 This query is : Resolved 
in service matter how much is the time limit to impliment the court order. In my case High court has given some order but next party is not implimenting still so what is the time limit to them as high court has not given time limit in order.

If no time limit is prescribed approach the high court again, to fix a timelimit (for example 4 weeks) to implement the court order.

3.YOUR PURPOSE WILL BE SERVED.
4.IN CASE THEY ARE STILL NOT RESPONDING THEN YOU MAY FILE A CONTEMPT OF COURT PETITION AT HIGH COURT.YOU WILL SUCCEED.KINDLY NOTE THAT CONTEMPT OF COURT PETITION IS EXEMPT FROM STAMP AND WILL COST YOU MUCH LESS AS COMPARED TO ANY OTHER REMEDY PLEASE NOTE.

Instead of going for setting time limit, directly serve a legal notice threatening to implement the impugned order or to face contempt of court and even then if the impugned order is not implemented, move to the same court which passed the order and pray for initiation of contempt of court against all the erring officials.
