How to get a gram panchayat layout plan

Hello Legal Advisors,

My father took a plot at a village layout(Telangana) which is approved by Gram Panchayat some 25 years ago, I have sale deed and EC (showing the right name) but I dont have layout plan with me. I have enquired with Gram Panchayat and found the records are not available. How do I get Panchayat layout plan approved earlier(25 Years back)?

If layout plan is not available in the record of Panchayat as well as with you then the last hope is either the office of Patwari (village head-man) or registerin authority.
