A complaign against one of our director as a daily wages worker has lodged a complaign with local police station stating an 3 year old accident where he got an electric shock.
Kindly advice us on following points :-

1. How to proceed for getting bail.

2.Can we move to court for quashing up this FIR.

3.Which court should we aproach for this purpose.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 23 September 2016
1. Engage a lawyer dealing criminal cases and he shall perform his duty to ensure your bail.

2. Yes.

3. Hon'ble High court but before that get bail from trial court or anticipatory bail from Sessions Court or High Court.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 24 September 2016
Agree with expert Mr.Makkad.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 24 September 2016
1. Yes , meet a lawyer and apply for bail through him.
2. Waiting till submission of charge sheet as court rarely allow even the admission of quashing petition if the investigation is at premature stage.
3. Since it is old case you can consider bail on surrender in the magistrate's court. if the lawyer is not confidence then go for AB in sessions or high court.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 24 September 2016
1. Engage a lawyer, try for anticipatory bail.

2.You can try.

3. For anticipatory bail Session
court need to be approached.

It appears that you are overreacting to the issue. Let the Police investigate. Even if the incident had taken place, there may not sufficient ground to make the Director liable.
