Salary issue

My employer is denying giving me months salary,joining n relieving documents. I wasnot able to go to office coz got injured n was in contact of my employer. After few days when i went to him n asked for my fnf he denied. I said i m.ready for notice period but he straight away denied for everything.

While posting such queries employee should post basic information e.g;

What was/is this establishment: commercial or industrial establishment?

What is its line of business: say IT, ITeS?

How many people were employed in establishment?

What was your designation and nature of duties on records of the company?

How many persons were reporting to you?
Did you have power to sanction (not just recommend) leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise…………………..and did persons above you have power to change/cancel your recommendations?

Was your service confirmed or you were under probation?

Did it have its standing orders (Model, Certified) and is your designation covered by these?

What was the notice period?

Did you submit information on getting injured/sick and leave application under proper acknowledgment?

Did you submit fitness and affirmation to join duty under proper acknowledgment?

Did you so far write under proper acknowledgment to employer that you visited office to resume duty and were not allowed?

Has employer terminated your employment in writing?
