Check Got Bounce Because of Banks Mistakes

Hi Every one,
My check got bounced because of banks mistake. Funds were available but bank said they did not update their records so my check did not cleared and im willing to take a legal action on the bank.Can any one please advise me How can I take up the issue from hear on?
Can any one please address this issue please its urgent.

try to resolve the matter amicably if possible...talk to the bank authorities and seek for compensation or refund of penalties if imposed.
but if u ve made mind for legal action only, then u may approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum or may approach Banking Ombudsman as appointed by RBI.
these are the two proper options available with you.

I'm Still trying to resolve the matter with the bank, faxed and emailed send my written complaint to the compliance department still waiting for their response.
