When you feed bone to the Dog (Police), it will definately respond back for you, this what happens in such false criminal complaints filled by wife against the husband mentioning dowry demand at all time throughout life, cruelty of all kind that will even includes, the husband finding some fault in the food served to him by the wife this too is serious act of cruelty on the part of husband. In all these situations if the charges under section 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act added against you by the Police in the FIR nothing new. It all depend how much experienced and senior advocate you engage to defend your case in the court.
