What should I adopt general or speedy trial

Wife filled 498a,125 and 12dv act cases against me. I am on bail in 498a. Should I go for speedy trail or I should go on with the general trial? I have RCR in my favour(twice expatre)?
Please advise what to do next?

You go for speedy trial a sunder Article 21 of the Constitution Right to life and personal liberty includes right to speedy trial so it is a fundamental right. You file a petition and mention urgency as to why u want speedy trial.
