sir,
I am facing a problem with icicibank credit card recovery agents.
they are useing bad language for the recovery of the amt.
what action can be taken against it?
request for the help

do you have dues n your credit card ..
if yes pay and get your account settled. meet the concerned person in credit card collection department of the bank and get your account settled ... otherwise also use of foul language is prohibited u can complain to the manager in the bank or still if the same is not stopped complain to banking ombudsman

first of all settle the dues, or ask for some more time from the bank.
recovery agents in our country is notorious for such acts. they are on contracts and paid on such recovery as such they also have stake on such recovery.
even though you can make a complaint,how are you going to prove it?
