R/Sir,
mr x have a house but he had no registery of his house . mr x was died 20yrs ago than mr x wife married again with mr y in court after 3 yrs of his death. but they had not change mr x name in house tax & electricity bill. now mr x & y wife is also died. the problem is this mr x son want to sold the house but mr x brothers creating problem & said that this aour property & you do'nt have any seprate registery of his house.so pls tell me what will mr x son do in these circumstances.

I want to be perfect in account & taxation so what i do for it. I passed B.com in 2004 & I am working as an accountant last three year in a small firm. I want to do work with mnc based company or in a reputed companies.
so please tell me what can i do for achieve my goal.

In the firm i am doing job my owner purchase 2448 sahre @ 100 in april 1984 & sold it in sep. 2007 @ 300/- per share then how i calculatehis profit on share.

drawback
R/Sir,
do you have any clauses/ solution to track drawback amount . Actually we export readymade garment in march 2010 to spain, but the drawback amount is not credited in our a/c till now, so what should we do now.
