Extension of Insolvency Acts.

In case of a State where Insolvency Acts of 1920 and 1909 is not made applicable what steps can the honest debtors take to file petition of insolvency. Is there any other alternate remedy?

YOU HAVE TO TO FIND OUT THE REMEDY IN THE LAWS OF THAT STATE WHERE INSOLVENCY ACT IS NOT EXTENED.FIRST FIND IN WHICH STATE YOU WANT TO SEEK REMEDY!!!!!!!!!

For example Nagaland, where the two acts have not been extended.
