I have agriculture land in the name of my grand father which consist of 4.00 acres land, Actually land is in court since some many years, The other person created pattadhar passbook and took loan from bank and registered the land in his name..But we went SRO and asked for EC, it came in my grand father name..But in IGRS website it is showing his name...How to cancel his registration.

Approach the Revenue authorities and ask for the record as to how they issued the pass book showing the proof of litigation and also EC.

Already approached MRO office, but revenue people is saying that he is cultivating land since 35 years they mentioned. we showed him each and every document.In adangal it his name.

I want to know which documents is important for agriculture land. Is EC& link documents or Adangal or 1B or Pattadhar passbook...

Sir, Which document will give first preference. After registration only revenue department will do mutation and issue pattadhar passbook. will EC & link documents are more important or not?

A suit for declaring the title and also to cancel the patta on his name shall be the alternate option.
