Dear sir
one boy of village razapur has got married with my sister in chandigarh high court now we found he is married already when we complaint in the local police station they said us to get confirm address me n my frnd had gone to get address in razapur but his house was locked and when we come back to come suddenly his relative caught us and beat us but i run and my frnd caught now they filed a fake f.i.r that ipc 452 how we prevent it

Since case is filed you have to first take bail and then fight it on merit. If you can not manage proof of his marriage then no case of bigamy will lie against him.

What kind of a marriage was it? arranged by elders or love marriage?
Was Ur friend caught and handed over to the police? Apply for bail and fight the case.What is the fate of UR sister now?Where has the boy disappeared? What about his elders?
