One of my partner had love affair with me and we had intercourse multiple time during our one year of relationship. After 7 months of our breakup, she lodge FIR by saying I forced her for physical relation and then promise her to merry. She also accused that I had texted one of her friend asking for physical relation and her friend too gave statement in police station at the time of FIR.

Now how to prove that all claims are false as I never forced her for physical relation. She and her parents too were knowing that I am married.

Kindly help with the guidance.

You're in big trouble. Knowing well that you were married still indulged in sexual intercourse with another woman who has now filled criminal complaint against you charging you of rape.
Although she may be aware of your marital status but her statement that you promised her for marriage after getting divorce from your wife but now refusing for it must be her stand.
The woman is looking for huge sum of money to settle the criminal charges for that you should be prepared and engage some senior sensible lawyer for handling your case properly.

Throw money and settle the matter. I dont think you have much options. You have left lot of loose ends. Cant tie them all together now. Either jail or settlement. Choice is yours.

The Lady and her friend both have appeared before police and lodged FIR.
Probably the intent is to press with force that married man is not fit to be left to lose around in a civilized society.
You have not posted what are the evidences with you?

Approach in person a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..
At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.
Check for such counsels at LOCAL civil courts, HC, SC……
Your counsel can help to get you out of the mess.
