Now what is you problem? At present no charge sheet is filed. It is better to engage a prudent advocate in the matter.

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 22 May 2023
You have to defend the case and disprove the allegations by cogent evidence and proof.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 23 May 2023
If it is a false case then it will be easy to challenge the case in the trial proceedings, then what prevents you from doing so in the trial court.
It would be advisable to avoid short cuts and go the straight way so that you will get proper justice if you are really innocent.
